Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nyourcitystreetwear.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right if eligible.

Exceptions
Returns may only be accepted in rare cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalized products.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
